The lemon can do so much more than just taste sour. We celebrate this vibrant yellow fruit and showcase its versatility in a surprising five-course menu, revealing just how much these all-rounder citrus fruits have to offer.

Inspired by the lemon festival of Massa Lubrense near Naples, all citrus fruits for our Swiss take on the Festa del Limone are sourced directly from this very region.
